In order to officially change your name in the university learner information system, the Registrar's Office must have documentation showing that your name has been officially changed (e.g., a certified copy of a court order, a marriage certificate, or a dissolution decree reflecting the new name in full are examples of the documentation required to support an official name change). Please direct that information to the Office of the Registrar.
Once the documentation is received in the Registrar's Office, your institutional records will be changed accordingly.
